For new customers, we make every reasonable effort to arrive on-site and address service concerns within 24 business hours.

For existing customers, we offer same-day service whenever possible, regardless of the time. Please note that service calls received after 4:00 p.m., unless previously scheduled, are billed at time and a half for labor.

Warranty & Service Policies

Our warranty policies are designed to protect your investment and ensure peace of mind:

1. Warranty Response Time
   We make every effort to respond to all warranty-related service calls within 24 business hours. Warranty services are performed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

2. Aftermarket Parts
   Aftermarket parts include a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor.

3. New Equipment Installations
   New HVAC units are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, in addition to a one-year workmanship warranty on installation provided by Cook Heating and Air, LLC.
   Manufacturer warranty periods may vary depending on the brand.

4. OEM Parts
   OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty, typically one year on parts, along with a 90-day installation warranty from Cook Heating and Air, LLC.
