Wonderful ! I called about a warranty claim on 2 ice/water machines in our office and Michael came out to service the machines. He billed the warranty company for the replacement parts & labor, and then cleaned our machines very thoroughly. I'm looking to set up a quarterly service contract with Cook because they were so easy to work with and explained everything so well.
